Who May Apply
This process applies to DOST-certified S&T Foundations with additional S&T PPAs developed after the issuance of their certification or recertification and intended for implementation within the validity of the current certification cycle.
Checklist of Requirements
Submit one (1) physical copy and one (1) electronic copy
1. Letter of Intent
Letter of intent to apply for the inclusion of the S&T PPA into the portfolio of the S&T Foundation addressed to the DOST Secretary
From applicant, any format
2. S&T Program, Project, or Activity (PPA)
S&T PPA with proposed budget for the implementation period approved by the organization’s head or equivalent officer, accomplished in DOST-approved and prescribed format (SFU 0001 and 0002 forms)
3. Certification of Funds Availability
A certification of funds availability that the organization has sufficient and available funding to implement the submitted S&T PPA, signed by the budget officer or equivalent personnel, and approved by the organization’s head

Life of the Certification
The DOST Certification issued for the inclusion of additional PPA is effective upon issuance and is valid only for the remaining validity period of the Foundation’s existing DOST Certification as an S&T Foundation.
